Hyatt House Raleigh/Rdu/Brier Creek

We stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately we did face some consequence of Hurricane Helene but not as bad as the western side of NC. Check in was smooth and quick and we made our way to the room on the 5th floor. Living area: a sofa bed with a non-smart tv. Kitchen: Decently stocked with some basic cookware, stove top, a coffee maker that doubles as a kettle. Bedroom: Unbelievably comfortable bed. No issues, complaints or concerns there. Best sleeps in a long time. Washroom: Spacious and had the necessary toiletries stocked. Breakfast: Waffles or Pancakes, fruits, flavoured yogurt, baked goods, non-veg items, juices, and the usual hot beverages. Nothing expansive, but served the purpose for a quick start to the day. All in all, stay was great and comfortable. Location is convenient with a 15 min drive to the airport. Shuttle is available for a ride to the airport or car rental. Definitely worth staying here if in the area.

I liked that the shuttle took me a few places so I did not have to pay for an Uber because Whatever I needed was close to the hotel. O and I had the heated pool all to myself, a very nice bar set up and I got a chance to play pool in the pool room. Will definitely stay here again.

The King Suite we stayed in is perfect for family stay, a full kitchen with everything you need, a king bed and a wide fold-out sofa bed, both very comfortable; beautiful interior; the Hotel staff do a wonderful job, cleanliness and order are just everywhere; a great warm indoor pool, and the breakfast is just Super, everything is freshly prepared and tasty I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who loves good quality

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and offers a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. I was traveling with my dog and hotel has area all around for walking your dog which was great. Didn’t feel unsafe even after 9 pm. Location convenient to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and nice with plenty of offerings.

Hotel is quiet, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and the pillows are better than average. Workout room is big and has a nice assortment of equipment.
