It was extraordinary. It’s pass a 5 star review. If I could give it a infinity review I would. It was priceless. I’m coming back . I’m from New York and it was being a superstar in the establishment. Thank you so much . I just love love loved everything. Staff was ethical and amazing and the housekeepers and maintenance was very friendly and professional . Great job Hyatt house. This was the best one I stayed in. I usually stay in other ones but this particular one is out of this world . Thanks for making my stay so pleasant and at home.

Wow. EXCELLENT, quiet location, roomy parking, Easy check in-out. The staff ( evening AND early morning !) were absolutely STELLAR! So friendly and helpful. The room was spotless & beautiful. Clean-smelling too; fresh but not w/ the overpowering "clorox-cleaner" smell. Bathroom was also spotless! Loved the Dove liquid products. COFFEE!! ( Extra thanks for the decaf, which I drink at night!!!) Also loved the blackout shade. Bed was ridiculously comfy, pillows were just remarkable- wanted to take them with me! Cable was ho-hum ( as it is anywhere ) but wifi was excellent, so I used my laptop. Very quiet in the room. 3am wake-up call was BRILLIANT! Thanks so much!!!!

We stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately we did face some consequence of Hurricane Helene but not as bad as the western side of NC. Check in was smooth and quick and we made our way to the room on the 5th floor. Living area: a sofa bed with a non-smart tv. Kitchen: Decently stocked with some basic cookware, stove top, a coffee maker that doubles as a kettle. Bedroom: Unbelievably comfortable bed. No issues, complaints or concerns there. Best sleeps in a long time. Washroom: Spacious and had the necessary toiletries stocked. Breakfast: Waffles or Pancakes, fruits, flavoured yogurt, baked goods, non-veg items, juices, and the usual hot beverages. Nothing expansive, but served the purpose for a quick start to the day. All in all, stay was great and comfortable. Location is convenient with a 15 min drive to the airport. Shuttle is available for a ride to the airport or car rental. Definitely worth staying here if in the area.

I liked that the shuttle took me a few places so I did not have to pay for an Uber because Whatever I needed was close to the hotel. O and I had the heated pool all to myself, a very nice bar set up and I got a chance to play pool in the pool room. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room is clean and the kitchen supplies are well equipped. Bathroom is clean as well. Looks like new. They have a nice gym, pool table, a bar for a drink in the evening, fireplace outside ( when you want to hang out outside) Swimming pool water is warm and location. Really nice for a swim even tho the temp outside is 35 degrees. Location is really close to any stores.

The King Suite we stayed in is perfect for family stay, a full kitchen with everything you need, a king bed and a wide fold-out sofa bed, both very comfortable; beautiful interior; the Hotel staff do a wonderful job, cleanliness and order are just everywhere; a great warm indoor pool, and the breakfast is just Super, everything is freshly prepared and tasty I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who loves good quality

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and offers a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. I was traveling with my dog and hotel has area all around for walking your dog which was great. Didn’t feel unsafe even after 9 pm. Location convenient to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and nice with plenty of offerings.
