We stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately we did face some consequence of Hurricane Helene but not as bad as the western side of NC. Check in was smooth and quick and we made our way to the room on the 5th floor. Living area: a sofa bed with a non-smart tv. Kitchen: Decently stocked with some basic cookware, stove top, a coffee maker that doubles as a kettle. Bedroom: Unbelievably comfortable bed. No issues, complaints or concerns there. Best sleeps in a long time. Washroom: Spacious and had the necessary toiletries stocked. Breakfast: Waffles or Pancakes, fruits, flavoured yogurt, baked goods, non-veg items, juices, and the usual hot beverages. Nothing expansive, but served the purpose for a quick start to the day. All in all, stay was great and comfortable. Location is convenient with a 15 min drive to the airport. Shuttle is available for a ride to the airport or car rental. Definitely worth staying here if in the area.

the hotel was fabulous! the staff was always above and beyond and so friendly! there was breakfast included on our 10 day stay, there was a gym and inside pool! the rooms were so modern and looked like new! me and my fiancé booked a regular king room… and when we got there they upgraded our room to deluxe king room for the same price! that was so nice of them! the rooms are so comfortable and always had room service almost everyday! we loved our stay there and we highly recommend it to everybody else! Now I know where we are booking a room for our next trip in NC. Definitely at Hyatt house Raleigh/brier creek!

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and offers a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. I was traveling with my dog and hotel has area all around for walking your dog which was great. Didn’t feel unsafe even after 9 pm. Location convenient to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and nice with plenty of offerings.

They have a nice gym, pool table, a bar for a drink in the evening, fireplace outside ( when you want to hang out outside) Swimming pool water is warm and location. Really nice for a swim even tho the temp outside is 35 degrees. Location is really close to any stores.

I liked that the shuttle took me a few places so I did not have to pay for an Uber because Whatever I needed was close to the hotel. O and I had the heated pool all to myself, a very nice bar set up and I got a chance to play pool in the pool room. Will definitely stay here again.
